• Special emulsion coating locks in juices and "bloom" so meat stays fresh-looking longer.

• Meat Paper does not look or feel coated.

• Choose from four colors: Green for beef, White for pork, Peach for poultry and Black for all-purpose, upscale meat presentations.

• Interleaving paper is USDA-approved and conveniently pre-cut in popular sizes.
